130 Mentorship Programme
The Mentorship Programme aims at going beyond the usual advice-giving, one-to-one relationship between mentor and mentee. Instead, small groups will be formed so that youth and experience can truly mingle. Apart from sharing professional and life experience, these cross-disciplinary groups can form long-lasting bonds through social activities outside of work and study, and ultimately be able to contribute back to the larger community by collectively seeking advancement in the medical sector.
Alumni who graduated 10 years ago or before can sign-up to be mentors, whereas those with less experience, as well as senior students (year 4 or above), are eligible to register as mentees. Registration details will be announced in March.
